Montel Technologies offers Quality of Service (QoS) as an enhancement to most Internet Access options. During network congestion, QoS forwards IP packets that have been given priority to avoid latency and delay variance for timing sensitive applications like voice and video. Montel Technologies QoS offers four classes of service:

- Industry leading Service Level Agreement with aggressive latency and packet loss commitments as well as a jitter guarantee
- Real-time reporting tools that can be accessed at any time to monitor usage and performance
