Project Definition
This is the first process in our Project Management process and begins before commencing any portion of the Project. The goal in this beginning stage is to obtain a complete understanding of the Project’s ultimate scope of work, the establishment of important Project milestones, the setting of mutually acceptable timeframes for delivery of goods and services and reaching agreement upon the criteria by which Project success should be measured.
Resource Procurement & Management
A Project Manager procures the appropriate technical resources based on the Project Definition. Materials, if required, are also procured through the Project Manager during this stage. Detailed information determined by the Project Manager and the client in the Project Definition stage is communicated to each technician, as they are thoroughly trained on the specifics of each Project. The Project Manager is also responsible for the management and oversight of all technicians handling the Project.
Post-Implementation Review
The Project Manager confirms completion of the Project and measures Project performance against the criteria collaboratively set under the Project Definition. Quality of workmanship and efficient and timely delivery, among other critical factors, are reviewed and analyzed during the Post-Implementation Review.
Final Project Review & Evaluation
Our Project Manager reviews and reports upon the Project’s overall success, based upon the criteria determined under the Project Definition. All final invoices and Project figures are reviewed for accuracy and an overall evaluation of the Project is delivered to the client.
